Platform Usage Terms

Welcome to NS2121. This Terms & Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and NS2121 ("Platform", "We", "NS2121"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the NS2121 website at https://ns2121.im, along with all services, games, promotions, and content available therein.

By completing the registration process on NS2121, clicking the "Agree" button, depositing funds into your account, or simply accessing or using our platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

NS2121 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via your registered email or a prominent notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To be eligible to register and use NS2121, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You are an individual and not a company, organisation, or other business entity.
• You do not reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You register and play on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any other person.
• You have never been banned by NS2121 from using the platform.
• You are not currently on any active self-exclusion list that you yourself have applied for.
• The funds you deposit are your own, lawfully obtained money.

3.1 One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) NS2121 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. NS2121 employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts.

3.2 Registration Details

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. NS2121 reserves the right to request identity verification, which may include the following documents:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or a valid passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.
• Screenshots or account statements for the payment method used.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your NS2121 account login details confidential. NS2121 will never ask for your password through any channel. Please contact the NS2121 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

NS2121 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods only. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM):

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

NS2121 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used. NS2121 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

NS2121 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws. We reserve the right to suspend, withhold, or cancel any transaction suspected of being linked to illegal activity, and to report it to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the user.

NS2121 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time as a token of appreciation for our members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer, as well as the following general terms:

• Bonuses are eligible for one account, one name, one address, one device, and one payment method only.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• The wagering requirement for the NS2121 Welcome Bonus is 10x bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Bets placed on Baccarat, live casino, slots, cricket, e-sports, and table games qualify towards the wagering requirement.
• NS2121 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through the misuse or exploitation of promotions.
• All bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonuses or unmet wagering requirements within the stipulated period will be forfeited.

All games offered by NS2121 — including Baccarat, table games, live casino, slots, cricket, e-sports, and virtual sports — are subject to their respective game-specific rules as well as the following general terms:

• The outcome of all games is final once a round or bet has been completed.
• NS2121 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, system disruption, or data corruption.
• In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on the user's device and NS2121's server records, the server records shall prevail.
• NS2121 uses an independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure the fairness of all games.
• The use of any automated software (bots), fraudulent methods, or exploitation of game bugs is strictly prohibited.

6.1 Sports Betting & E-Sports

For wagers on sporting events such as cricket (IPL, T20 World Cup, Ashes) and e-sports, NS2121 uses official data from event organisers as the basis for determining results. In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or disputed outcome, NS2121 reserves the right to withhold payouts until an official result is confirmed.

As an NS2121 member, you agree not to engage in the following conduct or activities on our platform:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any unauthorised third-party software to interact with the platform.
• Collusion or unfair cooperation with other players to gain an unauthorised advantage.
• Misuse of promotions or systematic exploitation of the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Spreading false information, impersonating NS2121, or misrepresenting yourself as a representative of NS2121.
• Any action that disrupts the operations, security, or integrity of the NS2121 platform.
• Disclosing or attempting to access another user's personal information.

Violation of any of the above may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account, freezing of your balance, and/or legal action where appropriate.

8.1 Closure by User

You may close your NS2121 account at any time by contacting our support team via email at support@ns2121.im or through live chat. Prior to closure, all bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled, or any unmet bonuses will be forfeited. Any eligible cash balance will be returned to you.

8.2 Closure by NS2121

NS2121 reserves the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that registration information provided is false or inaccurate.
• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• The user is located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NS2121 and its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred while playing on the NS2121 platform.
• Service interruptions, system downtime, or technical issues beyond NS2121's control.
• Failures or delays caused by third parties, including internet service providers, banks, or e-wallet providers.
• Data loss, device damage, or security issues arising from the user's own negligence.

NS2121 takes our social responsibility seriously. We provide a range of tools to help our members play responsibly:

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit in your account settings.
• Loss Limit: Set a limit on the amount you can lose within a given period.
• Session Limit: Limit the time you spend on the NS2121 platform.
• Mandatory Break: Take a break from the platform for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to self-exclude for a period of 6 months to 5 years, or permanently.

NS2121 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the NS2121 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings are initiated.
