The NS2121 registration process takes less than 3 minutes. Go to the Register, enter your full name (as per your MyKad), a valid email address, your Malaysian phone number, date of birth, and state of residence. Then set a username and a strong password, choose your preferred payment method (TNG, GrabPay, DuitNow, etc.), read and accept the Terms & Conditions, and click "Open Account". A verification email will be sent instantly. Registration is completely free with no hidden charges.

The minimum age to register and play on NS2121 is 18 years old without exception. We use a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process to ensure all members meet the minimum age requirement. Any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be closed immediately.

No. NS2121 only allows one account per individual. Registering multiple accounts using different names, email addresses, or phone numbers violates our Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. To update your registered email or phone number, log in to your NS2121 account and go to "Profile Settings". Click the "Forgot password?" link on the page Log In, enter your registered email or phone number, and check your inbox or SMS for the reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes and can only be used once. If you continue to experience issues, contact NS2121 support via 24/7 live chat.

Basic KYC verification is typically completed within 15–30 minutes during standard operating hours. You will need to upload clear photos of your MyKad (front and back). KYC verification is required for withdrawals exceeding RM1,000 per day. Ensure that uploaded documents are clear, unblurred, and in JPG, PNG, or PDF format.

Deposits via TNG eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, and ShopeePay are typically credited to your NS2121 account within 1–3 minutes. Deposits via FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks) typically take 3–10 minutes depending on the bank's system response time. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please contact NS2121 support with a screenshot of your payment receipt.

NS2121 withdrawals are processed within 10–60 minutes for requests submitted during standard hours. Withdrawals exceeding certain limits may require additional verification, which can take up to 24 hours. Ensure your bank account details are accurate and that the account holder's name matches the name on your NS2121 account to avoid delays.

The minimum withdrawal amount at NS2121 is RM50. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit. You must fulfil the bonus wagering requirements (if you have an active bonus in your account) before a withdrawal can be processed.

NS2121 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers such as your bank or e-wallet may charge a small fee in accordance with their own policies. Please check your provider's terms for more details.
